Its muzzle is sharp for good sniffing. This type of dog has floppy ears and short legs. A dachshunds tail is short and his color can be black, brown, grey, and white. The adults height can be up to 8 and 9 inches. And the weight of a dachshund can be up to 11 and 32 pounds. Dachshunds eyes are good healthy. The personality of a Dachshund is that Dachshunds are usually fine family companions they are bold, curios, and playful. They are sometimes small and they make happy lap dogs.This is the job it was bread for. They helped people by hunting badgers and flush them from their burrows. And this is the job it does now they bark for emergency and that makes them good watch dogs.If you want this dog these are the stuff it needs. It needs nice clean water. Food must be kibble. Tons of exercise. And sometimes grooming if it has tons of fur. But mostly it needs medical care. You have to have a warm safe place where your dog has to live. And especially tons of training. Mostly they need love and attention. And last of all patience.
